Welcome to Ultimate Sports Hawaii Flag Football League. The Summer 2023 season runs from 7/9/23-8/27/23.  We have two game locations at Ala Puumalu (Salt Lake) and Kapolei Regional Park.  Normally the East and Central teams will play at Ala Puumalu and the Westside teams will play at Kapolei Regional Park.  Coaches can elect to play at a location of their choice. Games are played on Sundays between the hours of 8am-4pm depending on the amount of teams we have.  

If you are new to our league, we will place your child on a team in your neighborhood or the next closest available.  Coaches setup their own practice days and times.  Most teams practice 2-3 times a week from approx. 4:00pm-6:00pm.

If your child belongs to a team already, please make sure you note the Coach & Team name on your registration,

Early Registration Fee:  $99.00 Register 5/28-6/11

Regular Registration Fee:  $125.00 Register 6/12-7/02

Late Registration Fee:  $150.00. Register 7/03-7/16
